Adjustable Tax
Tax deducted that you can adjust against your final liability — the opposite of final tax.
Explained Simply
Adjustable tax isn't the end of the story: you subtract it from your total tax when you file, and if too much was deducted you get a refund. Most advance tax is adjustable.
