Late Filer to Active Filer - Update
Under S.R.O. 1638(I)/2024 dated 18 October 2024, the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is now updated daily instead of weekly. taxpayers who file late and pay the surcharge will appear in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) the next day.
Furthermore, if you were a Late Filer in Tax year2024 but file your Tax year2025 return within the due date, your status will automatically change to Active Filer
